01.
Individual therapy is a joint process between the therapist and the client to focus on the positive change in the client's life. As systemic therapists, the client and therapist take a collaborative approach in understanding different barriers that the client may be navigating and experiencing in life.
02.
Family is more than just "blood relatives". It can also include those key relationships that are so important, yet sometimes so difficult and draining to navigate. Family counseling is aimed at addressing the roadblocks in significant relationships in order to move towards a healthier way of relating.
03.
There are times in relationships where couples start to feel as if they are simply business partners, or maybe work or parenting has caused the marriage/relationship to be placed on the back burner, or maybe there has been an affair. Couples therapy focuses on helping the couple-unit refocus on the relationship and overcome relational hardships that have been experienced.
